John has 38 years of experience in manufacturing, spanning from Quality Engineer to Plant Management.  He started as a metrology lab technician in 1984 and progressed through the ranks after transferring all the business from an automotive facility in Indiana to Dayton, TN.  During this transfer, 38 exterior mirror lines were transferred, set up and approved over a 30 day period.  John was responsible for the Engineering and Quality portions of the approvals with Chrysler, Ford and General Motors. He is very experienced in Lean Manufacturing and has a green belt in Lean.  During his progression he held Quality, Engineering, Operations and Plant management roles.   John has an Associates Degree in Electronics and a Bachelors Degree in Business Management.
