Crystal has over a decade of human resources experience that help drive our internal communication and collaboration. She started out with Koch Foods as a specialist and moved into the legal arena with institutions such as Legal Aid of East Tennessee. Before joining Precision, Crystal worked at the Gestamp Chattanooga plant 1. It was at Gestamp that she developed training for supervisors to gain a thorough understanding of legal and internal hiring practices. Crystal brings this same level of energy to the team at Precision. Through her work, she demonstrates her commitment to onboarding staff in a way that sets each of them up for success. She has developed systems that deliver positive employee relations including conflict management resolution and benefits tracking. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Art in English Literature from University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez, a Bachelor of Science in Legal Assistant Studies from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and is fluent in Spanish.
